> How the Somnia network is performing against its service level objectives (SLOs), measured continuously from outside the network: uptime probes every minute from three continents, and each chain's public RPC.

### Chain

- Block production: Global mainnet (`blocks-mainnet`): A new block at least every 10 seconds.
- Block production: Global testnet (`blocks-testnet`): A new block at least every 10 seconds.
- Block production: Tokyo testnet (`blocks-tokyo-testnet`): A new block at least every 10 seconds.
- Time to finality (`finality`): Transactions final in under a second. Coming soon.

### RPC

- RPC availability (`rpc-availability`): Each public RPC answers with a current block. Coming soon.
- RPC latency (`rpc-latency`): Answers in under 300 ms at the 95th percentile, per region. Coming soon.

### Explorer

- Explorer availability: mainnet (`explorer-mainnet`): The Explorer and its API answer, reading the chain.
